Made my pancakes today and as I tossed the first one it missed the pan and landed on the dogs head!:D

4 ounces of plain flour with pinch of salt
I egg
half pint of milk
Whisk up and fry in hot fat (this makes about 6 pancakes)

He is a 60 kg Kangol cross, very placid dog. Just looked at me as if to say"Where in the dog training manual does it say hit in the eye with a hot pancake"??? Then sat patiently waiting for me to scrape it off his head and ears.

He did eat it afterwards but not with sugar and lemon.:D
