Looked at some of their new builds when we were out in April,we walked around the outside of a stunning looking villa before we realised it was a sold one and someone's property (apologies if anyone's on here we thought it was a show home!) it was one of the best looking villas I have seen in Calis, it has like metal shutters that covered the windows for security grills instead of the usual type we tend to all go for, tried looking at their website when we got home but always seemed to be down[?]

We bought one of thier first builds.  It's great although thier recent builds aren't as large in dimension.  The after sales to us has been good.  In fact last year we had a prob with one of our windows, went to the office one morning last summer, and in the afternoon the window was measured, next day it was removed and replaced.  How's that for after sales.  Quite obviously, the finish isn't as in the Uk (although we have never bought new build here), it's ok and not too many probs.  We'd certainly buy from them again.  Just watch the price registered on the Tapu...

Hi, I have actually left Manzara and have got nothing to do with them anymore. I now live in UK and have my own company Turkish Properties Abroad and I do not sell Manzara properties, neither wants to be associated with said company.

Their builds maybe be very good. But from my own expereince
with them a few years back, truth and honesty were certainly
not their best policy, especially when it came to prices for
an ex-pat compared to a local.
