In general it can be a good system Free of cryogenics ,things that we know cause cancer. To swim in feels like "soft" water and the amount of salt should be less than your tears when you cry.
I used to deal with a company in Dubai who leased units from Austraila. These were constantly connected by modem to the head office.
The individual units were run by computers. I used them on pools up to 1000 m/3 (1 thousand tons)
However , beware of anyone who try's to sell you any pool dosage equipment that is maybe a once a day shot. The water changes min by min. So the system should automatically update min by min.
If it can't then it is not what is preached.
