If you have a maintenance contract the company who handle it will pay the tax for you.  We use Fethiye Property Services who always do this for us.

On a different tack.  I bet you wished you had not picked that particular user name:(

I'm delighted he picked that user name, reminds me that he earned us £50 million while becoming a liability to Chelsea.

I totally agree with Rimms ! I am happy with my name & my memories of Nando in red.I dont believe their are any members called Sutton,Mutu,Shevchenko or Veron ? Had I picked one of them names I would be really upset !

O.P is a woman not a man.  I am a red too and am pleased we got the £50 million for someone who is now warming his bum on the Chelsea bench. Having said that, the reason people have not picked Sutton, Mutlu etc.,as names is an easy one.  Footballers are very transiant these days and joining a club and being loved by the crowd does not mean if they are offered more money they will not leave. So, it may not be thought to be ideal in this day and age to take a user name of a player you love who plays for your club, who may leave and go to another club and then be despised by his former suppporters.
