You have to get your printed bill or e-mail bill anyway ( this is the legal way Aydem has to inform you about the payment ); how can you otherwise check the bill against your meter ? ( which is also your legal right ).

They normally put the bill into the meter box ( despite there is a danger sign on it ). Once I have complained about this and asked them to throw the bill into my post box. They said OK. This was about two years ago , but still I pick the bill from the meter box.

Your ref no is on the bill, it's the no in bold type 2nd line below the bar code, 1st line is the date

Thanks for all your reply,s i will proberbly find a stack of bills then in the electric cuboard, reason ive not looked is that the electic meter,s is  in  another villa,s garden, one box feeds 4 villa,s

i checked your electric box today
its the meter on the right of the box that been cut off,with a connection note for mr williams! your neighbour !
if the meters are in the right order yours is on,

Do Not rely on the facility on the Aydem website to check your electricity bill. The facility to use the quick check, by entering your user number is neither accurate nor up to dste.
My user number on the Aydem website shows me as owing over 500 TL, but a visit to the Aydem 0ffice in Fethiye has established that I only owe for the current months bill,which is due to be paid by January 4th.
