Can anyone recommend a maintenance company to maintain the grounds and pool on a small complex of 6 apartments. Would be looking for a company that provides a reliable and quality service at a competative price.

Britannia Maintenance have looked after the pool & communal areas on our complex for the last 5 years, good service, excellent staff & whenever we have asked for extra jobs to be done, they have been completed at little or no cost. Their email is info@britannianet.com

Park Property Services. We have had other maintenance companies that have given us problems with false promises, lack of communication etc. Park have been excellent at looking after our property.

I can certainly recommend Bayram - a more honest and dilligent person you will not find in the area - along with Prestige Management he has maintained our apartments (Sunset and Seaside) for 4 years with genuine sincerity

Bob ,might get in touch with him about property management for our place in Sunset as well, looking around at the minute to change over from VT for obvious reasons Diana
