Bruce, as you go up Adnan Menderes Bulvari, (main road towards Gunlukbasi,) they are on the left hand side, as I said, approx. 300 metres before the Shell Station. Loz thinks that the better choice is still to be found at "B&Q", though, so maybe I'm wrong-----AGAIN :( ;)
Hope to see you in the Spring, Buddy.

We bought paint in the Bathroom Shop just passed Kipa going into Fethiye which we thought was cheaper than the U.K.  We also bought a bathroom sink, mirror and drawer unit from them at a really good price, bought at 4.00pm and fitted at 9.00am the next day.

We purchased a huge tub of the outside paint in 2003, we asked the builder the colour and managed to get it, we used it over the years to touch up the odd areas.  Now it has run out.

Time for a change of colour, no matter what Gordon thinks I know what the new colour is to be. ;)

I prefer the shops near to B&Q for paint, the mixing services are very good and they will mix all day to get the colour you want.   Or for a quick fix, the ones you mix yourself, very therapeutic.  The only thing that I find with Turkish paint is they are very thick and need watering down.

when I looked into external paint the turkish paint was very expensive, the very best had a 5 year guarentee,I used Dulux with its 15 years at under half the price.I will use either Crown or Dulux this summer on the inside. do the turks use pads to paint or is it still roller and brush, as I will bring out my own pads as well if they ain't got.

'Cos Loz told him! Believe me when I say that Loz knows everything! She is a fountain of knowledge even from afar. She probably knew you were coming before you did!

Seriously, if you need to know something, anything, she's the one to ask!
