Digging up the roads another tax?

Can anyone enlighten me .We have heard that once again the roads are being dug up around Gunlukbasi .... Is it for new drains ... sewage pipes ... and can we expect to pay another tax :(

we and all the neighbors paid our road tax last year,(got quite a bit off each household)all they did was  put down some stones and tar :(

Yes we paid road tax too
I have heard that they are now putting in new sewage pipes.
Just wondered if anyone knew it there was going to be another tax charge for the sewage pipes and relaying the roads !

I have heard that instead of putting another tax on ,they are going to hold the World motor cross championships up the Gunlukbasi road one of the hardest courses in the world the state of that road disgusting Turkish road workers yuk ,or yok whatever.[:(!]

When they put the new sewerage pipes in, if you are using a tank for waste you should get the option to connect to the new sewer mains this cost £350 per house 4 years ago when we had it done.
