Is anybody else experiencing loads of power cuts over the last couple of days?

Our electric keeps going off, sometimes for seconds, sometimes for a couple of hours.  Very frustrating!

Yep, it was off on our complex for a couple of hours this afternoon too.  Weird...but thank god for anti surge extension leads!

It's a shame it wasn't off for longer, we went out and didn't realise we'd left the immersion heater switched on.

Yes Jan. Here in Tasyaka. It is driving us insane. Just as we re set the air co units it goes off again. The other night we had about 10 small cuts during the night. I know because our phone bleeps when it comes on again. 3 time today. I swear someone is standing there with 2 wires just when the end of a good programme is finishing. Just enough to knock all the internet off. aaarg!!!

When I think about it this is probably the worst Winter we have ever had for power cuts. A couple of years ago the electric was off for 4 complete days on Sundays. This was supposed to end all the power cuts. Think they need to get back to the drawing board.

Once again, Anne , you are totally correct in what you said and have reminded us of these cut offs  2-3 years ago.  Can't believe I'd forgotten all that:-\
