Still waiting for someone to pay a visit to my area... they'd grab a possible of 6/7 private owned dogs that are 'kicked out' for a couple of hours each day twice a day.

The shelter is full at the moment with dogs waiting to be neutered that have been picked up last week, this may take some time....

If cats are a problem go to the council offices and report it.  If they are on the ball as in previous years, a man in a caged transit lorry drive round, put on a huge pair of shoulder high welding type gauntlets and pops the cats into the cage.  The cats then go and get culled.  I have never asked how, ignorance is bliss so is sleep at night.

Wonder why they do not apply same strategy with the rogue dogs?
