Hi

I have just bought a apartment in Calis and have been advised that our site is being looked after by "New Generation Property Services" has anybody had any dealings with this company?

What is the name of the complex/site? There's probably other owners on the forum.

Our complex use them and they are excellent. They took over from the old NGPS - Nicholas Group Property Services who turned into a joke. If you hear NGPS referred to in negative terms it will probably be the old company, not to be confused with New Generation........

We have been using New Generation ever since they took over from N.G. They have improved year upon year and I can say they now offer an excellent efficient service.
