We have recently had to make a claim through Intasure after our apartment was flooded a couple of months back.
In our absence, Intasure arranged for all the necessary work to be completed, furniture replaced etc. The company they use in the Fethiye area is Oakwood Abroad, near the Genpa supermarket.
I cannot praise them enough. They have been superb. Everything was sorted to a high standard; the only thing we had to do when we arrived for our holiday was to go shopping for a new suite!
If you are insured with Intasure, rest assured that any claim will be dealt with swiftly and superbly by the guys at Oakwood Abroad. They have tradesmen for everything and their prices are good. (We needed some work done whilst in Calis, nothing to do with the flood, and the pricing was excellent and all work completed VERY quickly following my phone call!)
