Aydem electronic bills

Hi,
I received an email from Aydem this morning with what appeared to be the latest bill.  At first, I thought it was to say that we had not paid it, and as I am in England and we has some issues with Bank, so was concerned.  So are Aydem now sending out electronic bills to customers?

I always get an email letting me know what the bill is. The bill however is paid by direct debit. I take it you have registered your details on their website.

Yes, this was done last year, and this is the first email I have had from Aydem regarding the electric bill, so just thought it meant that the bank had not paid them direct.
