It could still be about the flat you let out. Maybe you owe some tax on your profit?

It may be about your sold house. If you buy a property and sell it within 5 years , you have to pay income tax as far as I know.

I had my meeting with the Tax Authority and yes a 'person' had written in suggesting tax was due on the sale of the apartment but when all the facts were explained the matter was closed.
