Customs Broker needed

Has anyone had any dealing with a customes broker that they would recommend?
I have 3 boxes at Istanbul customs that apparentley need negotiating for before they will release them,i then need to contact fed ex to get them transported here to Calis.
I've tried Tayfun but he can't help and didn't have anyone he could put me in touch with so any help would be great.

I'm so pleased the boxes got this far, it would be such a shame to have to send them back to UK as was offered as a solution when i rang the customs office earlier.

Thanks Nicola i have just rang him and then followed that with an email as i dont have a Turkish phone and using my english one out here is really expensive.

Could well be ha ha do they them for iphones? I would feel so lost without it now.

You will need to register and pay tax on the phone and when it has been opened you will then be able to get a Turkish sim for it.

There is a topic on here somewhere where someone explained the new system for registering a UK phone on here somewhere. I think its fairly straight forward.

Or just buy a cheapy mobile and get a Turkish sim for phone calls for it.
