For those Londoners who might be a little homesick, have a Google shufti at " Views from the Shard ".

Yes and the Shard has brought with it some very nice major development in the London Bridge area, although not complete London Bridge station has gone from being the dingiest gloomy main terminus into a bright open concourse. Looking forward to the full completion of the Thameslink project.

Mind you if that development starts spreading down Borough High Street/Market I could get very moody if it starts to impact on the many great pubs in that area.. Grapes, Market Porter, Royal Oak ... I am practically salivating here in Bitter Free Calis at the thought of Youngs Ordinary, Special Fullers London Pride and best of all Harveys Best Sussex Bitter mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Yes I like a lot of the pubs in that area and there are some fantastic places to eat close to the market.
