hi all
 its probably been answered before but I am thinking of buying a second hand car at last, Can you just run through what the procedure is please.
Number plates, registration, cost, best place for insurance etc thanks

Just make sure you have LOTS of money, the most expensive second-hand cars I've ever bought !!   >:( >:(

Check-out the prices of new cars. There's not a huge of difference between new and used prices on some makes when you weigh-up the costs of annual tests and servicing etc.
