Very true, and a good point. But I think snots of solid plaster 6" long stuck to the kitchen ceramic floor would come into pretty much everyone's definition of something to clean when getting sa property ready for handover.

Yes but a builder might think you are being a little picky (no pun intended)

:(House builder just emailed me saying.
The Interior work is completed (but the air con is not put in yet or white goods)
And some work in the garden to be done( no garden at the moment)
And you want a sparkly clean house I could by from the other countries I  mentioned.
( Not helpful advice at this stage)
This is our system.
Maybe I should have asked this when buying the house.
But when buying  of plan with one or to things to ask I did not think of this.
All things considered it is a small thing but how it was presented is another thing.

Hopefully Ozlen can help me when I see her on Tuesday to get this house quickly so I can move on
I know I will be paying for the clean now and it's not the paying but the way it was presented to me.
      Arrrrrrrrr
Today I've been told that the builder does not want to order the air con just yet.

A good question ?
A few weeks ago I was told it was to early
 To order them.
    Today I don't know why
I will ask.
  Thanks

We bought off Manzara (admittedly 5 years ago) and they did an almost clinical clean up, it made our purchase an even happier event due to that fact. Also, they were a day late with the hand over and so put us up in their hotel free of charge for the night.

That gives me great Hope Valleyboy.
But the world has changed a we bit
In the housing market in 5 years.
That's a positive note for us.
