My mate, Pete Mallaband (Serinkent pool King) has just turned 60 plus 1 (sorry Pete) Pete is still part of a band and is as enthusiastic about making music than any 16 year old. Keep it going Pete.

So how about a few examples of really GREAT live bands:

Went to see Rush on this tour in Birmingham, the crowd was not this big! I like these guys courtesy of my brother, while I was trying to indoctrinate him into Tamla and 70s Soul, he ploughed his own path and discovered Rush. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdLUx_F2FUA

This is by far one of the best Queen videos  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CEjU9KVABao&feature=relmfu

Filmed on the Nene Valley Railway and includes an appearance by Debbie Leng, a "Cadbury's Flake" girl.

I love ACDC and would have loved to have seen Bon Scott fronting. Howe the hell does Angus play while having an attack of tourettes !
