Hi Mavigoz,
Well you've certainly managed to brighten up my day!!!:D
Here's part of your quote which I found particularly brightening!:P
"
still the one and only.. we have eaten at a lot of these buffet ones both in Hisaronu and calis but to be honest no one cooks indian like Hasan the owner. he comes round the restsaurant and talks to you and tells excellent jokes....just ask him.
The atmosphere is lovely, relaxed and unhurried and the food quality is superior to other places.
He is a real chef having trained alongside famous restauranteurs in the uk and even going to india in search of new ideas(and a good holiday !!!!) "
I've always believed too that Hisaronu is one of the gastronomical capitals of the world, and am only surprised that more restaurateurs from there don't go travelling the world seeking out new recipes for their discerning clientele!:D
Out of interest is he a restaurateur AND a chef? I take it he serves up genuine Indian dishes too??? Hmm? None of that Indian stuff they serve in Britain (you know, Chicken Tikka Masala made with Heinz Tomato Soup - specially devised for British people's taste!:P)
He sounds like a real gastronomique!:D
