Apart from the colour the Evil cartoon Japanese Dictator looks a lot like Dan Dare's enemy the Mekon from the Eagle comic. Anyone else remember him?

John, this chap was my secondary school headmaster (a Classics scholar) but he looked a lot like the Mekon.
