Strange how ten years ago all the bags were leather. Now all Chinese pu but good quality and better designs. Shame the leather industry seems to be dying though.

I suppose at £25 they are ok for a season or two then to be binned and replaced with new designs.

Must admit I, like many other ladies on here, love bags.  I also love good quality leather bags but, depending on what you're wanting it for, the bags that Stoop describes above can be a perfectly good, and cheaper alternative.  Looks perfectly ok to me

Exactly Marina. Unfortunately the leather industry here has not kept up with the times. Yes they are much better quality but the designs are old hat now  - and the PU is remarkably good. So good that I have to look at the price at times to work out if it's leather or not.
