Title: phone scam ???

not pc but concerned anyway. Had phone calls from undisclosed number with a "free message"  press 1 to accept and 9 to decline.  Is this a new advertising gimmick or by accepting or declining you are charged a fortune?

Just hang up.  It could be a scam where they piggyback your line and start ringing premium numbers.  You then foot the bill.

thanks eric, just what i was affraid of. This is in England not Turkey.
