It has come to my notice that more money is now being spent on cosmetic surgery, particularly Breast Implants, (mainly women I believe) and Viagra than is bveing invested in Alzheimers Research.
This is very counter productive as I can see we will have an elderly population with large perky breasts and huge erections with no recollection on what to do with them!
