I am a new member today, I would like some advice please on a legal firm you recommend as we are hoping to buy a place in hisaruno, the prices of some Turkish lawyers are higher than London! can anyone advise m :oe. Thankyou so much,

Our solicitor had a fixed price of £500 I think it was.

I paid £600 solicitors fees very recently plus disbursements, i.e. those charges paid to other organisations or people, like utilities or council.

Sorry should have added the Governement to the list of organisations to be paid (3.3% of property value) - how did I forget that one:

The question is asking for solicitor recommendations more than how much it cost, no names so far!

I recommend Ozlen Ozergin, if you mention Calis Beach forum she may give you a keener quote - but she's worth it at normal price anyway - I've known her for years. I and other members of the forum also speak highly of Sule Beder, another young star of the local legal system. Please let me know if you need contact details.

We used Oguz Gokhan Gozel in Fethiye he got the job done for us with our purchase in Calis. Mind you the office block he works from aint up to much! If you want his contact details please let me know.
