Hello, I'm Mel, we have been holidaying in Turkey most years since 1998, when our first visit was to Hisaronu. Since then we have stayed in various resorts up and down the coast, most recently in Dalyan. However, last year we fisited Fethiye for the first time in five years and after toying with the idea of going to Cirali or Adrasan, we completely changed our minds and decided we wanted to stay in the Fethiye area. We have been through Calis, when picking up and dropping off during transfers and trips, but have never stayed and we are really looking forward to exploring the area and visiting places we have not been to for a few years.

I think you'll find that Hisaronu has changed a bit in the intervening years!

We got a quick glimpse of how much the area has changed last year. We were staying in Dalyan and went on the market trip to Fethiye, Kaya Koy and Olu Deniz. Olu was nothing like we remembered it and when we drove through Ovacik we couldn't get over how much the main road had changed. We used to stay on the top road in Ovacik and are planning to visit old friends whilst we are there. We also want to visit Kaya Koy again and possibly Uzumlu. We also want to really explore Fethiye and wonder around Calis. However, this may all go out the window when it gets too hot, we are going in July!
