Hello,
My husband and I will be visiting Turkey for the first time in a few days with our 20 month old son, and we will be staying at Sunset Beach Club in Calis Beach.  I'm hoping to ask a few questions to help us prepare for our trip, hope that's OK?  We're very excited about our first proper adventure with our son! We're South Africans living in Bristol, UK.

hi and welcome to the CBF take lots of high factor cream for the baby it is expensive in turkey
i found this out this year when my grandchildren came and their mum had forgotten their lotion
their mum is from south sfrica

Hell everyone,

thanks very much!  Puma, the advice on the sun screen is great, will make sure we pack enough.  Tony, not that we know of, but I'm sure somewhere down the line we will be related, if you go far enough back!  Thanks to him, people can actually pronounce and spell our surname!

We're very excited about the trip!

Welcome Eloise  - hope you enjoy your trip.   (Mr Pookie is from Zimbabwe and the majority of his family now in SA).  He gets so homesick, but now loves Turkey as much as he does his home land.  he went to school with a chap with your surname....(Plumtree, Rhodesia ?)  

I'm sure you will have a fab hols.
