So do you not get notified by email when someone replies to your post or have I just set things up incorrectly?

Stuart, I'm from south east Queensland, a few hours from Brisbane.  Thanks for the note about the website. I'm actually getting it completely re-done. I did a super dodgy one myself and hated it :-) The new one should be ready in a week or so.

To receive email notification of replies to a topic, you need to subscribe to the topic - this is a tick box just above the button you press to post it initially, but can be requested later - it is a link at the bottom of each topic page, under the last reply and above the "quick reply" box. You can see your subcribed topics by clicking the 'My Subscription' link in the row of links at the top right of each page.
