Hi all, new member to the forum here.

My name is Steve, myself and my wife Nicola are coming out on 17th October for a couple of weeks and are planning to have a look at some properties while we are there as we have decided to take the plunge and buy a place abroad.

Any info or help appreciated, we currently have no plans while we are there so if anyone knows of any special events or things going on during that time please let us know.

Welcome.

Loads of info on here for your purchasing advise, we bought some years ago and never looked back,but lots of things to be aware of.
We will be out there when your there so if you fancy meeting up for an efes send me a email via my profile.

Thanks Mark, I've been talking to Scunner as well and it seems as though there are plenty on the forum willing to offer good advice.

Hi Steve - welcome to the forum. There will be a few things happening around that time - the Animal Aid Halloween Disco, a Car Boot Sale and some cheap offers on food along the front as people start to close down at the end of the season. The weather should still be warm during the day but chilly at night. I hope you enjoy your holiday and find your home in the sun :-)

Hi Steve, Welcome to CBF, you will get lots of help here, we done the same, but we chose to rent for a while to get into the new life style, lots of people do too before taking the plunge, also if you put some money in the bank here you will be making considerable more interest on it than in the UK while you are looking around.

Can't wait to get over there, hopefully it'll still be nice and warm. Been working 17 hour days recently and I can't wait to relax with a cold one.
