Welcome to CBF Rog
Calis is very different from Bodrum and Icmeler but I'm sure you'll have a great holiday

Oh no, not another 1 on here! Welcome, ask any of the gang on here any questions you may have, there's some superb knowledge around. I concur with Anne, Calis is nothing at all like Icmeler or Bodrum, the only common thing is they are both in Turkey!

From what ive seen on the web,its a bit like Icmeler, next door to a noisy bigger neighbour, where cal;is wins at 1st glance is no hills to climb, i,ll find out the rest if we get there, trying for one of the hotels on the prom, but still a bit of research to do, thats why i,ve joined here, so you,ll be hearing from me with questions i guess, thanks for the replies so far. Rog.

Hi Rog, Fethiye can't be compared to Marmaris, Fethiye and the surrounding area has far more charm.
My first visit to Turkey was to Marmaris and cosequently stayed away from Turkey for over 10 years. Having discovered Calis Beach, I realised I had made the right decision to give another area a go. Love it, love it, love it. There are so many places to go and explore from this area and I hope you experience the ambiance of the area that we did and continue to do so.
:D
