Hi - after moving here 5 days ago (and settled in already) it would be nice to know the best butchers shops to use  - I know obviously re: fish market in Fethiye.
Be good to have some options.

Depends where "here" is. There are some very good, and not so good butchers in Fethiye and Calis. I've always found that the supermarkets are very good for particular cuts or joints.
