Forgot to mention earlier - our Allianz man even went to our bank to cancel existing insurance cover and arranged for refund of premium to be repaid into our bank account. Our previous insurance was with Garanti, but Allianz gave us a better policy (new for old) and accepted previous policy when calculating 2 years' no claims discount.
