opened my accounts 18 months ago the same bank as our developer "oyak bank".
we started to have our pensions transfered to a sterling account all went quite well,then the pension company said they could transfer into our lira accountat no cost, the first month it went wrong but the next two months no problem, then this month the money went missing.The sending bank confirmed no change from the previous months when the money was received by the 2nd of the month.The bank in England sent a trace to Oyak bank but response . the Oyak bank can confirm the money is not in our account and they cannot find it, so we are left in the middle with no money, we have e-mailed Oyak headquarters in Istambul but you guessed no response
