i am looking at a quote from intasure , but need to know howmany square meters my villa is . what i need to know is , can i find this on my tapu ? there is a box that says 5.967,00m2 can this be right its a 3 bedroomed villa two storeys or does this figure on the tapu include the gardens ? thanks

Unlikely to be 5867m2 patch

That will be the total area of land for the entire project. Your agent should be able to tell you - where is it?

It should be on your sitting permission certificate as that is what your house tax is based on, among other things.
