Jackstee, if you do not have an address in the UK or Turkey you will not be able to open a bank account, same as in UK, if you don't have an address no bank will open an account for you.

I can open a bank account without address I can then change the address details. Tax number is the most important for us

How do you get a tax number without an address?

You dont need adress to get tax number. With your pass copy and some information like father and mother name you can get it.

You need your passport & photocopy of your passport page with all your info on & write on your mother & fathers name & also your home address in UK you then get tax number.Tax office do not do photocopy so you need to take your own copy.When you have Turkish address you go back to tax office to give them your Turkish address.
