I've taken recommendations from many on this forum and will be staying at the Delta from 9th to 19th May.

Looks perfect for your requirements.

I don't know what a boutique hotel is. However I have spent many a good year at the Blue Star hotel. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach and reasonably priced. I found that if you booked with an agency then you had to pay extra for fridge n Aircon. If you book direct with Mehmet who owns it, that's all in with the price. Top of the strip is karbel hotel with Thomson, did that last year ,very nice at a ridiculously low price.

I don't know what a boutique hotel is.

A boutique hotel is like a normal hotel, except none of the chairs match and there's a double bed by the pool.

The reason for Boutique is something different but it must be Olu as we love to go for the day have a meal in the early evening but then we have to trudge back on a dolmus but never really get to see Olu on a night so we just want to stay one night and not have to rush back
