Villa. detached, own pool, on very small private estate, only 4 villas. 3 double bedrooms, all ensuite. Borders of Gunlukbasi and Calis. Fully furnished, all white goods etc. We would ideally like to sell, but this has not happened as yet, so we are prepared to let for 6 months initially.
The villa is on a superb private estate with fabulous mountain views, yet is close to Calis beach and Fethiye.. The property is fully individually fenced with security perimeter fencing encompassing the site. Ideally suited for a family home, any renter who decides to purchase within a year will have all rent paid refunded from the purchase price.
