Has anybody had any experiences with hotels4u which is part of thomas cook.
Last year i needed to find accomadation for 4 days while i was in calis.I booked into the Tugay for less than £30 for myself and my wife. This was at the end of october.
I received an email 4 weeks before i was due at the Tugay to say my booking was being cancelled and i could go to the Anna hotel.
I decided to get my money back.
The prices on their website seem too cheap.Do they have a habit of taking your booking and then cancelling at the last minute and try to put you somewhere else?

Have used them twice this year myself, most recently last week, and friends staying here earlier in the season used them, no problems at all

It may have been that the Tugay had decided to close for the season.
