Hi. I'm looking for a long term rental beginning around March time if possible. Only 1 bedroom required but doesn't matter if there are more. Must have a decent bathroom (not a wetroom), be fully furnished and preferably with wifi access. Must be near to shops and preferably Sunday market. Looking for somewhere quiet and secure with a quiet sunbathing area. It doesn't have to be a modern apartment on a complex, and it isn't necessary to have a pool. If anybody knows of anywhere with a reasonable rent I would be very grateful. Maybe somebody might like to rent out whilst waiting for a Sale. I would be happy to do light garden maintanance and happy to pay rent in advance of arrival if the apartment is available before I can get there. Many thanks in advance.
