Hello Turkeysue. Probably Holiday Nights, they seem to be offering the best deal so far. 246.90 for  15 nights in July. I'll be happy to be corrected if someone can suggest a better deal.

No 100% sure you talking about the same place as the Hotel near the Sunday market backs on to where I live and it is called Ozjem Apart Hotel  There is a beautiful pool and the rooms are basic but very clean try not to use too much electricity though as it is very expensive .A friend stayed there for only a week and only used the kettle as she ate at my place and they charged her 100 lira for electricity
