Do any of the keen chefs we have here in Turkey know if it is possible to get Almond essence anywhere in Fethiye?

dont know about the essence but the liquour might work- i dont know how to spell it but phonetically its Adgee badem- or argee bargee as my mum used to call it!Its the Turkish version of Ameretto

Thanks Cavfan, I have decided that Aci Badem is probably a better idea than getting someone to bring essence over...with the added bonus that I can drink the rest of the bottle once I have made what I need to!!
