Phil,   we are within the the new regulations...  we arrive March 15th until June 10th  ( 88/89 days ) we come back to Turkey September 8th   for a further 88  days.
We can both get holiday insurance covering those periods at reasonable cost so that suits us
Thats us for 2017 .. God willing
Beyond that ?  we will see  how things pan out   : :)  ;)

He has got a point. I work in London and   there is always the thought it is just as likely to happen to me on my to or from.

I am in Calis now. My current visa will cover a 6 week holiday in May/June then expire early August. Am I able to then get a new visa for a holiday in Sept/Oct? I will have used 56 of the 90 days available on my current visa.

Staying at the Delta from 9th May for 10 days.

For the first time in 15 years (previously with family and friends), I'm travelling alone for a "well earned break".

Happy to join any CBF member(s) for a beer (or two) if you're around.

Would be nice to have some company on the odd occasion.

Yes you can Kenkay i look at the visa as just making me legal during my stay in Turkey. You can have visas overlapping if need be, if one is going to expire whilst in Turkey you can purchase the second one to exit on but are meant to get the new validated on entry to Turkey, it is defienetly all about not exceeding the 90 days out of 180 days...

Sleuth that is a great idea I had not thought of doing that rather then go down the residency route, I thought in the beginning of the new visa rules that once you had taken 90 days you had to vacate Turkey for 180 days but it is only 90.... Bit late for us this year but I shall bear this in mind for next year...  :)
