i can see the pics through my proxy server , and frogs on normal ttnet......

A proxy server sits between your computer and the WWW.
It can be used for accessing web pages that are regionally banned, eg Youtube is/was (not sure which now)banned in Turkey, however if you connect through a proxy server that is not Turkish you can access Youtube.
