We drove to the top of Babadag yesterday in car. It was quite easy and really enjoyed it. It took about half an hour.

Stunning views. I would love to watch the paragliders jump from there. It may encourage me to give it a go.

Did you carry on up to the actual top to the higher level for paragliding, where we once jumped from? We celebrated a friends birthday at the top on the lookout post roof. It took five and a half hours to walk up from the beach at Olu Deniz.

Is the paved area where they take off from now? It Wasnt that easy when I did it 3 years ago!! You are told to run then lift your feet and sit back, I had to have a turk run with me cos no way I could run on the rough that was there at the time  :-\

Tel, The last couple of miles of road are now block paved with many passing places. The car park and small cafe are located at the first run off So,If you want to go to the very top you can park your car there and walk up the last 100 yards to the very top.

Julesp, The run offs are all paved as in the photo and you are airbourne before the paving runs out. They have done a very good job and it was lovely to sit with a coffee and watch the take offs.
