hi there what the best recipes for fish batter mix without adding beer to the mix,as some people do add beer,we live in Turkey and find it had to get the mix just right.

yes ibo as from 25th Jan we will be staying out there until summer time but only come home when needed ie Jackie parent.

Efes Dark gives a better taste, not much good for anything else
