Does anyone have a recipe for Antem Ezem {the salsa like dish you get with bread in restaurants]

It's Antep Ezmesi.

It's not a definitive recipe because it varies throughout Turkey but it's a good starting point and you can adjust it to suit your own tastes.

i love the one they do in the meeting point yum yum
there is no room for the rest of the meal because i have ate all the antep ezmesi with chunks of bread
