You have to feel sorry for the market stall holders but the guy in black appears to be having a Basil Fawlty moment. If it wasn't so tragic it would be funny but this is someone's livelihood blowing away in front of him.

Seeing as Erzurum is in Eastern Turkey, and about as far away from Calis as you can get and still be in Turkey, would think not ;)

That area gets that sort of weather all the time in the summer due to the very high elevations. It is very close to the border with Georgia so little chance of it making down to calis.
