I have discussed this with John and it is something that I had also noticed but didn't give it too much thought due to my busy schedule and mafia responsibilities. Total accuracy is something to strive for, not necessarily something you can guarantee.

It is not a single issue as John pointed out to me, although I fear the annoyance from H's point of view specifically is a feeling of appearing devalued.

No Colwyn it wasn't.

Annoyance is probably too strong a description. It's more a question of disappointment at the inaccuracies involved, which is very unlike this Forum.
