Just to make sure nobody gets offended where there is no need - if you think your post has disappeared and you can't understand why, it is normally not gone but moved. The reason is normally because it was posted in the wrong section, or that there is a section that would suit better for people searching for the same thing in future. It is not something you have necessarily done wrong and there is no need to feel bad or anything  :-\

Quickest way is to click on your profile (or your name next to one of your other posts) and look at your "recent posts" - if your topic is still with us and moved you will see it in there and clicking it will take you to it - your original post, just somewhere new  :)

The reason is very simple - it is quicker for us to just move it than it is to reply moaning about it being in the wrong place then move it  ;) - Of course if you posted an advert for your transfer company the day you joined the forum you won't find it no matter how hard you look :D

This is the frequently asked questions section. Don't be confused by the name Steve. It is not a place for questions, it is a place for answers  ;)

but back to more serious matters..... Keith, I posted something, couldn't find it, did a search, still couldn't find it, checked my profile - not there.... I checked my history and found it that way - but the strange thing is, the post was right where I left it....there is a reason I'm blonde!
