Im really struggling in the sun. It started last year, it's proper knocking me sick. Sweating profusely..really don't enjoy it anymore..what's that about then..happens at home and abroad..all a bit strange..any ideas what's caused it?? : :) 8)

Sadly I think it might be Bernie, though I see you are a good few years younger than me. ;D
I've always been a sunworshipper too but find now that I can't cope with really hot sun. When we were in Calis last month we had a few days when the temp reached well over 30deg! Had nice lazy days by pool or beach but always have to have shade close by!
We've been sat outside in the garden today, it's been lovely, but even then I was in and out of the shade! : :) :( x

I've been the same Marina,had to go indoors at one point today..I thought last summer was a one off, so it looks like it's here to stay then..tut :(

Im fine if there is a breeze but also struggle if very hot and spend more time in the pool or shade then wonder why I’m as pale as when set off. Oh the joys of getting older the best thing to do is join the sod it club.
